Hamlin is a fictional small town that is in demise. The local council have been trying everything they can to overcome the effects of local homelessness and substance dependancies. Services are in virtual breakdown as the council are unable to raise rents and rates from the ever decaying high street. Just as they take further steps to make many of their council members unemployed a charismatic neuro-psychologist with a brand new style of therapy approaches them with a plan to help coach the army of homeless addicts and wino's to get them off of the streets and on with their lives. Although a short film, there is a charming story of hope, concerned social commentary, and some great charactors along the way. Should be a real contender for the short-film festival circuits.
